I was planning a trip to Ann Arbor and wondered what you guys thought about the home games. Which ones do you think will be at night? Thanks.

It's already been announced that MSU will NOT be a night game.
OSU won't be, either.

OSU game too late in season for night game; and it has a traditional early afternoon television slot.

Had not heard that about MSU; that would be a good match up for a night game.

So, Oregon State and BYU are the most likely candidates; and maybe another conference game in October besides MSU.

The powers that be don't want folks drinking all day before a UM-MSU game. The fans have always been pretty good to each other in that game for a heated rivalry and I think folks want to keep it that way.

Fans have always been pretty good to each other? I take it you've never been to East Lansing?

I think MSU is a likely night game.

The rumor on the OSU game is that we want to make it a night game before OSU tries it in Columbus.

Let them try it in Columbus. I don't think there are more $$$ in night games; and in late November you are taking big chances on the weather.

I don't get the appeal of November 8 PM games in the North

I mean, just play at 3:30 ET. It's dark anyway by the 2nd half, effectively a night game. And marginally warmer vs. a game that kicks at 8 ET.

MSU & oldshitu, better bring in the 82nd Abn, esp the challenged from oldshit.
