Is that the coaching staff is looking very Hoke like. We have no game plan and are not making adjustments especially on the offensive side. The coaches keep saying the same coach speech after games and in interviews that the Hoke staff would. I can live with a young team that makes mistakes but is improving. This team is clearly not. Harbaugh has lost his fire and looks clueless on the sidelines. We need some major changes after the season to right the ship and get some momentum back.
