He executed a flop which convinced the Ref's to eject a Detroit player at a crucial time in the game. Multiple camera angles showed no contact was made. Moreover, the guys weren't even close to each other. What should happen to him?

now having answered that, what should happen to the ref's? Before they eject a player from a game, which carries the potential for follow on fines by the NBA, they are supposed to make sure they got the call right. They had the ability to review the play but chose not to. It was obvious in the replay none of the ref's was a foul. All they saw was Embid on his back crying that someone hit him.

flops are common in soccer but even there the ref has the option to card the guy who obviously flopped.
