What is the evidence of Michigan's "significantly improved" S&C Program?

The first place I look for it is the PUSH on the OL and DL. I have not seen that

The second place I look for is pass rush reaching the QB and tackling that is strong and sure. I have seen evidence of that. Chase and Gary have definitely done this, but the middle of the DL has looked soft.

The third place I look for that is our skill players, blocking, breaking tackles and beating coverage at the LOS. Tru Wilson has shown that for sure. Others?
