3. Force Brown to adjust defense and stop giving up too many points to the opposition whether they have more talent or not. Stop being stubborn and go Zone where it makes sense. If he doesn’t adjust, find another guy.
4. Lock in on a running back of two guys so they can get a rhythm. Substitute as needed for short yardage usage.
5. Fix the culture: is it coaches or players? With coaching turnover, players opting out or not getting top recruits, this needs to be fixed. Everyone needS to be all in.
6. Check Jim’s testosterone levels? What the heck happened in the last couple years? Get him a supplement to bring back the fire!
