I want the NCAA/conferences to get together after this season and find 4-5 clear, cut targeting calls/no-calls that offer some variation (launching, neck area, shoulder to shoulder no calls, etc.). Then, next season whenever a targeting is called, I would want the call they are reviewing to be on a split screen next to the 4-5 "clear-cut" variations. That way they are not reviewing potential game-deciding player ejections and the plays themselves in complete isolation, and instead would be evaluated side-by-side with the examples that embody the spirit of the rule.
