I thought if there were more that 5% of the team with COVID than the program had to shut down for 21 days - i.e. Wisconsin?
OSU down 17 players but can still travel and play? Were these all just trace contact potential infections vs positive tests or something or is OSU just being OSU and not reporting or following the rules like other teams?
