Harbaugh mentioned Manuel told him to “let me handle the officiating”. Probably did so after the OSU 2016 game.
Seems to me that whatever he’s doing isn’t working considering things are worse now than ever before. I’m not a conspiracy theorist but it’s absolutely clear that since Harbaugh became Michigan’s coach the officials haven’t given Michigan a fair shake.
Saw a stat that over the last 3 plus years Michigan’s opponent has been called for 11 offensive holdings. The closest amount to that number among Big Ten teams is 18. So, Michigan, with the best Dline in the Big Ten over that timeframe has caused the fewest number of holds by a large number.
There’s something not right here. Michigan has enough issues of their own to deal with. Having to put up with officiating that’s hot garbage week after week is BS.
