What do we think Jim Harbaugh could do with this current Rutgers team?

Just for fun, of course. Let's make the following assumptions to help focus the argument here:
  • Harbaugh takes the reigns of the Rutgers Football program on 11/26/17, the very day after their final game of the 2017 season.
  • Harbaugh somehow has no ability to influence their 2018 recruiting class one way or the other from what it ended up being in reality.
  • Similarly to the prior point, Harbaugh has no ability to influence transfers in or out, or alter other attrition, or control injuries (duh), from what has ended up transpiring in reality to date.
  • Harbaugh somehow has the ability to hire a totally elite staff of college football assistant coaches in Piscataway, all of whom will start the very same day he is hired. (So you can assume that if Harbaugh so desires it, Don Brown goes there with him, and Herbert, and Warinner, and any other other of our current assistants that Coach wants to keep. Harbaugh also can, if we wants, potentially go out and land other stud assistants from around the country.)
How much better would the 2018 iteration of Rutgers Football be, if in fact they would be better at all?

I'll hang up and listen.
