What came first ..the broken culture or the egg ?

Isn't it possible that we just don't have that much talent and that , as I'm most cases , is why we lost so often this year .
Losing at Illinois, or Rutgers might not harm a culture that knows it is undermanned but playing hard and maybe, just maybe, getting better.
At Michigan where the players expect win a lot and feel the weight of the fan base and press come down on them when they don't , maybe guys just started to vent and it became a bit of a cancer.
Expectations can be a killer when not met.
Jim assembled a mismatch of limited and unseasoned talent this year...That was the chicken....
Un-met expectations was the incubator .
Losing was the egg.
any famers out there ?
