What are your chances for the Rose bowl?

I'm assuming Ohio State gets into the playoff but I just don't see 2 Big 10 teams getting in and 2 don't really deserve to get in unless Washington loses and sends things into a real spiral. If Wiscy wins the Big 10 title though, would they get a Rose bowl bid over Michigan or does the Rose bowl just take the next highest ranked Big 10 team?

CU's chances are slim with USC being a media darling now and will almost surely be ranked higher than CU if CU loses to Washington. 10-3 CU isn't going to get in ahead of a 9-3 USC even though we've beaten 2 teams (Stanford and Utah) that beat USC. It's Cotton at best if CU loses. Obviously, we're hoping to win but must play 10x better than we did against Utah. Doesn't look good for a rematch against U of M though for the Rose bowl.

I absolutely have no idea. I mentioned this briefly to a friend who is a USC fan that UM will be a huge draw and a USC vs. UM matchup would draw money/ratings and get both teams excited to play each other.

USC is hot. My concern as a UM fan is that they are going to be flat in the bowl game although Harbaugh will try and get them fired up. UM has 'pissed' away their potential great season and they need a team to fire them up. Who is that team?

USC? I don't think it's Louisville. Could be Washington.

Congrats on your win. As I mentioned earlier...UM has beaten 3 championship game participants and are sitting home. What were the odds of that a couple of weeks ago. Nobody to blame but themselves.

Most of the pundits having us playing in the Orange Bowl. However, that's based on only the Suckeyes getting in the final four with the Big Ten champ playing in the Rose Bowl.

We will play in the bowl that will produce the most money....because we are "Hot" and this is still about money like everything else in America. GOBLUE!

USC vs. Michigan in the Rose Bowl is likely in my opinion.
Would Rose bowl pick Michigan over Wisconsin if Wisconsin wins the Big 10 championship? I can definitely see a case where Wiscy wins but doesn't qualify for the CFP. Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State, and Washington I see as the 4 teams getting in assuming the 3 others win out. I did not realize the Orange bowl was in play, but no SEC team will be ranked higher than any of the top 4 Big 10 teams so Orange bowl is a definite possibility. That's a pretty good landing spot.

For Michigan to go to Pasadena, it looks like Penn State would have to beat Wisconsin and Colorado would have to beat Washington. This would likely put both Penn State and Ohio State in the playoffs (along with Alabama and Clemson assuming both teams win Saturday) and would eliminate Washington. This would probably send Michigan to the Rose Bowl. Who would Michigan play if all this came to pass? Would the Rose Bowl really want a Colorado/Michigan rematch? Or would the Rose and Orange work out a deal that would send Colorado to the Orange Bowl to play FSU and Washington to Pasadena to play Michigan? Or would USC get the nod to play Michigan? These matchups look like the old traditional bowl alliance matchups of yesteryear. Colorado played in the Orange Bowl a few times when it was in the old Big 8, while Michigan has faced both USC and Washington lots of times in the Rose Bowl. Things could get interesting.
