for the success of UM going forward.

1. Irvin taking showing he is a consistent scorer game in and game out.
2. Donnal or Doyle being able to handle the low post.
3. Walton showing a more diverse and effective perimeter game
4. Chatman. What can he do in the JB system?
5. Dawkins. I think MAAR and Wilson need some more beef and development. Found this quote on another site revealing.

On late commits Aubrey Dawkins and Muhammad Ali Abdur-Rahkman:
"For Aubrey, the attraction was his ascension as a player. … He is a
full 6-6, maybe more than that. He is an elite athlete, and as a result,
watching him, we felt that was really important for us to make sure we
kept on those lines. I think his trend is so upward. I like that?I don't
like to see guys that are really good as juniors and stay there. With
Muhammad, we see a lot of the qualities that we see with Caris, that he
can get into the lane, he can shoot, he's slippery."

I guess I should pencil him at 41% next season without Stauskas/GR3...

and I guess he will still be shooting only 3 pt shots? Let me check his entire shooting percentage..if he is shooting that high from the 3pt line then I would assume closer to 50% overall?

This was the point I responded to:

3. Walton showing a more diverse and effective perimeter game

He already has a Class A perimeter game. What more do you want him to do -- shoot blindfolded?

His perimeter shooting is already top shelf. 41% is outstanding.

No doubt his biggest challenge

Will be having to carry more of the load and being more aggressive, more of a creator. I expect him to make a big jump this year and he is capable of averaging 15 a game if that is what is needed.

Doesn't Spike deserve some mention..,,.

I really hope to see Spike mature in some of his decision making. Sure tweeting Kate Upton for a date while in the spotlight was cute and all, but he has to prove to the team he can score when pressed for minutes. I think on the road in Europe might just give Spike that opportunity.

He does deserve some mention and I love what he does for the team. I am not sure what you mean by mature in his decision making as he had the best assist to turnover ratio on the team. He is just physically limited that I think the role he played last year is likely to be the role he plays the rest of his career. He is playing at the highest level in college basketball and playing a role for a good team. He should be proud of what he has accomplished and excited about his last two years helping lead this team.
