some or all of the following occur, none of which is unreasonable considering how vulnerable each team has looked at times.
What if Clemson loses at Wake or in ACC finalf if they make it. Neither of which would be shocking.
What if Louisville loses at Houston or in ACC final if they make it. Neither of which would be shocking.
What if Washington loses at WSU, or beats them and loses to Colorado in the Pac 12 final. Neither of which would be shocking.
What if UM loses to OSU
What if Wiscy and PSU wins out and play in BTT, one comes out with 2 losses and a ton of momentum.

You have a scenario where Alabama is undefeated, and the current other top teams look like this
OSU 11-1 but does not make BTT.
UM 10-2 does not make BTT
Clemson 10-2 or 11-2 either with one more reg season loss or ACC champ loss
Louisville 10-2 or 11-2 same as above
Washington 10-2 or 11-2 either with one more reg season loss or Pac 12 loss
Wiscy or PSU winner of BTT at 11-2
Oklahoma or Colorado could also be 11-2 by winning out and winning Conference champ.

Who the hell gets in after Alabama and a one loss OSU? I would not envy the committee if most or all of that happens, none of which is out of the realm of possibility. Crazy? Yes. Very possible? yes.

My thinking right now is big ten champs are in unless the unthinkable happens and the champs have 3 losses. Lets take your scenario if it comes down to wiscy or psu the winner will get in. If clemson and louisville both haven2 losses and no conference champ they are out and would open the door for pac champ or oklahoma.

How about this one tho lets say mayhem strikes every conference except the big ten. Could be alabama and 3 big tens lol anything could happen at this point

I wouldn't be surprised in Wisconsin slips in if they win the B10. Only losses to #4 UM on the road by 7 and to #2 OSU in OT. Wins against #5, #8 and #7.
