Nick Sabin tells his S&C Team he wants his players big and fast. The players aren't allowed to even speak to Saban until they've finished their workouts. That accountability sets the tone and added with how Coach Cochran runs his program is on another level. We need to look at some new in this department. We look so small compared to other programs. Harbaugh needs to get either David Goggins or Tim Grover because what we have now just isn't cutting it. I do realize those names are far fetched but I know we can do better.
