They are clearly limiting Milton because, well, his ability to effectively and consistently hit receivers beyond 5 yards is limited. Sorry if this upsets you but it’s true.
And the 4-headed RB rotation is an absolute joke. It essentially stunts the effectiveness AND development of each one.
