My pup Maize is 7 months old. He is a border collie mix and is back in the chewing phase. He is a voracious chewer.
Looking for something for him to gnaw on so he doesn't turn to the furniture. Has some nylabones which he is lukewarm about. He loves the bully sticks but I'm worried about him getting "plugged up", lol like I had happen with rawhide with a previous dog I had named Bo.
I've seen and read about the deer and elk antlers but my vet say to stay away from them because they can cause teeth to crack.
Curious if anyone has any experience with them, or any other suggestions?
It's tough during the day because I work and he gets bored. Would like something safe for him to gnaw on to keep his attention so I can get some work done, LOL!
