Way OT: does anyone here use a “NNN” agreement when doing biz with China?

By “NNN” I am referring to Non-Disclosure, Non-Use, and Non-Circumvent.

Seems to be the way to go these days as regular NDAs seem to lack teeth.

If anyone has a template for a NNN and would like to share please feel free to PM me.
