Warde is a well prepared enough guy he certainly has a full plan "B" ready to go
I assume at this point he has three names ready to call, plus a couple more if those dont fly.

That could be like a public destruction of the team and a complete public embarrassment for Harbaugh
That would put the final knife in Harbaugh. Some here actually WANT that to happen
National signing day is around the corner
I suspect that no Harbaugh exit will be made before then as it would be terrible for the recruiting class
After those two events Jim has some time to figure this out
