Warde and Harbaugh revisited (this should be fun!) . . .

I understand that there is a contingent of people out there that believe Warde is responsible for Harbaugh leaving . . . in large part because of him basically cutting his pay after 2020.

Personally, I suspect that how Warde treated Harbaugh after 2020 (not really extending him and basically heavily basing the new contract on performance incentives) lit a fire under Harbaugh's a** and is responsible for the the incredible run we went on the next 3 years.

Harbaugh may have not liked how he was treated by Warde but it sure seemed to have been effective. Or maybe it all was coincidence.
