Do those of you bashing Jim for holding the program hostage think that this split, if it indeed occurs, wasn't amicable? He would be doing the AD a favor by getting another team to pay him out rather than the University doing it. It also saves us from the inevitable in-fighting that always occurs here. If he bolts for the NFL, I'm guessing Warde knew it weeks ago and was fine with the course of action.
