...That douchebag is pounding the drum today saying that the Harbaugh & UM Signing With The Stars event yesterday was disingenuous & only disguised as a charity event to make it look legit. Said they should have raised more than the measly $110k that they raised for ChadTough. He also reported that he heard that Lou Holtz made & $100k to attend. Haa! Former presidents don't make that much to speak. What a complete dumbass! It amazes me how that sparty loudmouth idiot & his dumbass sidekick can remain on the radio!

I wonder when his hero, Mike Dicktino will complete his recruiting class & clear their latest criminal to play & go pick him up from jail.

I'm sure all the speakers were compensated and probably came out of a slush fund. The proceeds will go to Chadtough, and cheques are still coming in but 110,000 is what I heard is where they are at right now.

Rivals can say what they want of course, but the coach is just getting started.

Harbaugh has been working his ass off since his plane touched down in Ann Arbor. He's a machine.
 
The event was obviously not a charity event. It was a signing day extravaganza and somebody had the good idea to include a charitable element. Haters are gonna hate no matter what. You just have to laugh!

People not associated with Michigan complaining about how much something costs that Michigan does is hilarious. Thanks for the concern, Sparty, but Michigan has the money. No need to worry yourself about it. HAA!

Speaking of douches, Greenstein from the Tribune continued showing his fear/hatred of Harbaugh and UM in the story he wrote about the signing day event. He loved being able to rip on Clappy's missteps, clearly Harbaugh scares him to death.
 
People always hate what's different or disruptive. JH has not broken any rules, hurt anyone, or done any such thing so why do people care so much. JH has found loopholes in the system that he has used to his advantage and that bothers folks because it is going to require folks to step up. So what if we only raised $110K? That is $110K more then we would have raised - charity is measured by effort not $$$ amounts.
The entire Signing Day has become a spectacle with kids having their entourage with them at ESPN, etc - more of a spectacle then the draft. So, what is so wrong with JH saying, I will create my own forum that is even better because obviously this is a big moment for these 18 year olds who want that spotlight post-HS once before they hunker down and commit. I personally commend JH for his creativity, his desire to push boundaries, etc...at the end of the day it will be better for the game and more importantly better for Michigan.
I said this to some friends - cab companies hate Uber because Uber disrupted their archaic model and instead of complaining cab companies should figure out how to reinvent. Hating a disrupter or innovator will yield no good. JH is disrupting the way recruiting is done and people can't stand it because they wish they would have thought of it before.

C'mon, Valenti and Jamelle Hill are the biggest Sparty slappies around, I have been waiting in anticipation for his rant. Amazed that Hill hasn't yet came out with a slam yet. They are beyond obsessed that the Sparty party is over, long live king Jimmy.
 
Jamelle HIll is just outright obnoxious. I have to say the TV analysts from OSU are all really classy. Galloway, Smith, Herbie, etc - they all take a very unbiased view and are fantastic announcers. Jamelle Hill is just outright obnoxious and it shows everytime she talks.

i generally agree with this. But Smith and Galloway are extremely biased. I think they may actually get paid to be that way. Regardless, it is obvious with those two. Herbie slips every once in a while, and frankly, may go to the other extreme sometimes to not sound biased towards the B1G or ohio.

Jamelle Hill is awful. I have no idea how that show survives.

I guess you see something I don't...I think Spielman, Galloway, and Herbie are fine sportscasters - I really like them and they are very logical. Smith can sometimes go off the cuff but that's fine - creative liberty in that business is good. Jamelle Hill is just painful to watch though. She comes across as highly arrogant and not fact based at all!
