Anybody out there think OSU should do the ethical thing and Fire Meyer. I don't b/c when has OSU ever done that. They kept Matta too long and got burnt, but got a good coach with the one they have now. Is Gene Smith still the AD at OSU

Yes I know Tressel, he was always a jerk and a cheater. But Urbie is right there with him or maybe a little ahead of him. His rep. from Fla. follows him where ever he goes. OSU didn't care about that when they hired him.

Of course they should fire him. He employed and enabled an abuser, then got caught publicly lying about it. Makes OSU look bad.
But like you said it's OSU. They don't care as long as they win games. I knew from the very start nothing would happen to Meyer.

I used to think, "The longer this goes, the better it is for Urban.." But not, I'm kind of starting to go the opposite way. It's been like 9/10 days, and the investigative committee has surely been making calls and meeting with everyone. If he was clear, he'd be cleared by now. I feel like they are thinking of the way to spin it and deliver the news..

When the investigation committee was announced they stated it would likely take 14 days before they released their findings. They are right on schedule.

Ya well he's dirty and a real prick, OSU won't fire him as long as he keeps winning. OSU doesn't have the best resume at this moment. Wonder if he still sees his cheerleader girlfriend at UofF
