Doesn’t need to be a rampant cheater (but he sure will to some degree) to get the talent he needs on a national scale to win a Natty.
I doubt our University is serious enough about winning to do what they would consider “selling their soul” but Michigan was one of the few schools he had an out clause in his contract with Utah.
