With Ryan Day stepping in....he knows what it takes to beat us by witnessing Urban do it over and over again. He understands the importance of having a singular focus on beating Michigan. Urban’s philosophy is simple: Beat your biggest rival and everything else will fall into place (recruiting battles for elite prospects, conference championships, etc.) Their culture is to beat Michigan and until we raise our level of seriousness/singular focus on O$U we’ll continue to lose. Our coaches can watch film until their blue in the face. But without that daily phycological embedment of beating the Suckeyes INSTILLED WITHIN OUR PLAYERS.....the nightmare will never end.
