Watching the game yesterday with a good friend from Michigan and Bo's untimely death became a talking point. What impact did his death have on the overall athletic department? What kind of clout did he have over football operations? Was he consistently in Lloyd's ear?
And most importantly would he have had final say in Lloyd's succession plan and make final approval on the next Michigan HC? We speculated that Bo was still the most powerful cog in the Michigan FB machine and would've never signed off on the RR hire.
We didn't have the answers so I wanted to pose these questions to Fort members because so many are more knowledgable and experienced on the Bo topic.
Thanks in advance.
