The 49ers and Colorado have hired him since --- one would think that both those organizations vetted him thoroughly themselves.
I noticed this when he was at USF and I doubt it has changed --- the guy is OVER-THE-TOP intense. Not a bad thing, but given such I do tend to think he went over-the-line with the USF player. Which would and should be a fireable offense, IMO.
But shouldn't preclude him from future jobs either. Hopefully he's learned his lesson.
