Hoke did one thing very well. He could recruit. All that talk about how it would take harbaugh 3 years due to lack of talent clearly doesn't know a thing about recruiting. Brady hoke was excellent at this. The problem was he had no idea how to develop it. Now we have a coaching staff that can , and then some. Just think if Damien Harris and George cambell stuck around with this staff.
