Over the years, I have heard of two examples of technique that I found interesting.
One was when Mike Hart talked about watching butts. As he followed blockers through the hole he would watch as to which way his blockers butt would be pointed, he then said he went the other. I found this practical advice due to the fact that his technique worked real well. Have been hoping since that our RB's would pick up on the idea hopefully for similar success.
The second reference was "I think Skene" talking about his hand on team mates butts as he would pull down the line on plays. Thereby making sure he was as close to his linemen during the pull and not drifting out.
