after watching games for the past 5 weeks, here is what I would say:
- Ohio State, Louisville, Clemson, Houston, and Bama just look like they are in a league of their own. I am hoping Michigan falls into that category but we will know more in the next few weeks and going up against spread teams that no-huddle still concerns me.
- Michigan's defense is very elite. No question - the depth we have is insane. Our defense keeps getting better as the game progresses.
- Tennessee reminds me of MSU last year - the team of destiny. I don't think they win it all but they could easily have 3 losses. They just have lady luck on their side.
- Maryland might be the sleeper team. Durkin is doing a heck of a job. Would not shock me if they give teams a fit this year.
- MSU's offense is pretty terrible. 21 points against IU? Don't opponents average that a half against them? Still they will play us tough.
- Florida State - aka criminal U, is getting exactly what they deserve. I hope they lose to Miami and a couple other teams.
- Washington looked very solid though I think the PAC in general looks pretty weak this year.
