Now, I am not predicting a loss, but every year there is a trap game on the schedule. Trap game meaning that...over the course of a season, it becomes near impossible to "get up" for every game and inevitably, you take one opponent more lightly than you should. To me, this is the clear winner.
In no certain order, here is why:
It is an away game
Michigan will be coming off an emotional victory over a rival
IU will be coming off a bye (UM will have already used theirs)
It is the last game in the schedule that has been demarcated as "the easy part"
UM (and the entire nation), will be looking to the showdown in Happy Valley the following week
IUs Receiving corp
IUs Secondary
For the life of me...I cannot find another game a remotely close 2nd for Trap Game candidate.
Michigan will run at will on this team and IU will not be able to run on UM. UM's pass rush will be the difference...but I think this will be a dog fight.
