- Great effort by the guys. The improvement this team has shown has been unbelievable.
- Irvin's development has been something else. His ability to drive the ball to the basket, little things dealing with his handle (like a hesitation dribble), getting low on his drives, the mid range game, finding shooters. He's almost turned himself into a 2 guard. One area he can actually improve is shooting - both 3 point shooting and FT shooting. As Dakich pointed out, the ball doesn't always come out of his hands consistently, but when he gets his right hand solidly behind/under the ball, he's good. He had the one open corner three that he missed - that was a big miss.
- Doyle is going to be a very good big man. He's got really good feet. We need him to be a better rebounder.
- Dawkins is a guy who could become a lottery pick. He reminds me of Oladipo. He had had several drives to the basket today that looked solid - just missed finishing. I think the handle will improve.
- Biggest shot of the day was Koenig's 3 after we took a 3 point lead in the 2nd half.
- I would have stuck with more zone. Seemed pretty effective today.
- Too bad we're not going to the tourney - I seriously think that we could make it to the second weekend. We're just playing at a very high level right now.
- Did anyone see Ryan asking for an intentional foul in the 2nd half? Guy has onions to ask for that given the favorable whistle he was getting.
- MAAR played a lot of point guard today - taking some weight off of Spike. He did a pretty nice job. Tough, scrappy kid.
- The officiating really was a joke. Its not like we were content to jack up a bunch of 3's. We were driving the ball to the basket and there was contact on both makes and misses. Wisconsin just seemed to always get the benefit of the doubt. Not sure we would have won if we got some of those calls but it was still frustrating to watch.
- We were just a couple of missed 3's away from winning this one. Damn.

Can't wait for next year. Don't see how we're not the B10 favorite - with or without Levert.
