I think several of my Fort Brethern have expressed many of the thoughts I have about today’s shameful act of offensive football by our Wolverines, however I have a couple of questions that I’d like to pose to the board.

How many teams have won the National Title with our offensive approach in the last decade?

How many teams in the Top 25 today run and offense like ours 90% of the time?

Could it be that we need to embrace the evolution of the zone read and offensive concepts?

Is that something that Jim would be willing to do?

Last thought....

Often times when I see young talent participating at a high level offensively in College Football, they often come from Zone/Spread concepts because they are capitalizing on talent and not having to build skill over time. It just seems that the Zone/Spread Concept is easier to pick up and allows you to “not think” as much and just play.

I’m hurting guys, hate to see our team lose. Welcome your thoughts and comments. I hope it gets better! SOON!!!
