Several teams in the Big Ten have benefited from key players who could have been early entrants deciding to return. Kaminsky, Dez Wells, Dekker, Newbill, Dawkins, and Yogi Ferrell are examples of this. Below are guys who might consider early entry this year. Some would be a big stretch. We have certainly been hurt by early entries the past few years. Who will go and who will stay this year?

Michigan - LeVert*
MSU - Valentine*
OSU - Russell, Tate
Iowa - Uthoff
Indiana - Ferrell, Blackmon
Illinois - Nunn
Purdue - Hammonds
Maryland - Trimble, Laymon
NW - Demps, Olah
Wisconsin - Hayes, Dekker
Nebraska - Petteway, Shields

I don't think I see any early entry candidates at Rutgers, Minny, or PSU.

*For the record, I see LeVert and Valentine as very similar players. I find it interesting that many consider LeVert a possible first rounder, while Valentine seems to get no consideration at all as a possible NBA pick
