That on consecutive offense and defensive possessions we had one starter from last years team on offense (Bell) and two on defense (Kemp & Gray) on the field. 3 starters total which means we 19 new/less experienced players in their places. Many of these players were Freshman or Sophomores and one was a walk on. I’m not into making excuses for coaches, but that’s a lot of inexperience. If the coaches have blame, it’s about managing the depth chart. No sure how we get to a complete rebuild situation after 10 wins seasons.
