Jim Harbaugh went out and got us Don Brown, who if not the best defensive coordinator in the country is top 2 or 3. This to me clearly shows that Harbaugh knows what he needs as far as coaching.
Given this, don't we have to believe that Harbaugh either has the right offensive coaches (hard to believe right now given our woes) or will go out and hire the right guys?
