Can you tell me why the disparity in recruiting rankings between Ricky Doyle and GR3 coming out of high school?

I review the ESPN insider rankings and GR3 was rated as a 97 and Doyle a 78 not to mention the gap on the rivals site.
Sure looks like there is some sort of AAU or summer camp bias on the rankings. How can a site claim some guy is #25 when they don't see all the players. What I am getting at is someone like JB understands the inherit bias in these rankings even making someone like myself look silly.
Its like JB knows why everyone else is looking at the guys in the top 100..he is out looking at guys in the top 100 who aren't evaluated to be put in the top 100. I hope that makes sense
