You can make a case for a few different guys. That being said something irritates me about this discussion.
The NFL/Goodell has intentionally taken 4 games away from Brady based on a flawed premise. If I am a voter do I punish this player again? The only reason the 'punishment' was upheld was the CBA not because the 'investigation' turned out to be correct.
Is there any person who can come on this board (anyone) and justify a 4 game suspension based on the evidence. At best it's pure speculation of supposed wrong doing. I could see a game at the most but why is said player being punished for something that was a political hatchet job.
If you are honest, I think this is one of the worst if the not the worst commissioner/player discipline ever. Goodell/NFL should be embarrassed.
