First, I'm still super disappointed but my life does not revolve around UM football, however for the coaches and athletes it does, so I can't imagine how they are feeling......heads up fella/coaches; as my mother always said "this too shall pass".
Questions I would love to get a straight or well informed answer on:
1. Why did Higdon not get a work horse assignment? 1st play 8 yards, he says feed me and they take him out?
2. Why did this Oline fotget how to pass block ? this was what they did good all year.
3. Why is Gentry so bad at catching critical passes? seems to be a trend, so why is he in at critical time , he doesn't block well.
4.Why is shea NOT the gun slinger /risk taker everyone said he would be? I would love to se that guy, he seemed tentative to throw the tight ball all year.
5. With what UM has at WR , why are they not running 3-4 wides all day and daring teams to cover? I don't buy the blocking problem because quick passes defeat that.
6. How do teams who seem to struggle all year on D or O seem to get healthy against UM. OSU, Rutgers, Indiana, NW.
7. Why does UM not have a single OC like they do a DC. I think they need it on O. DB D seems to have some weaknesses, but at least they have a single leader.
8. Can UM come out get 11 wins and set up next year ? or will we see another 10-3 downward end.
9. Is PEP the problem or is he just doing what JH wants?
10. Why can't this team go hurry up?
I do not believe this is the ceiling, look at the roster..... UM should be able to light it up, spread teams out, go fast etc...... will they? I certainly hope so.
