Let me start by saying I am not a football savant, or even that technically knowledgeable. With that preface, I keep thinking about the 5 turnovers. The Isaac fumble was a kick in the stomach, and it felt like a big momentum changer. The McKeon fumble may have cost us points, as it felt as if it was before the wheels seemingly fell off of the offense. The other turnovers, while frustrating given the sloppy play, didn't feel anywhere near as significant. The offense hadn't actually demonstrated that it was capable of sustaining a drive at that point. If we were driving down the field, and O'Korn threw a pick on the MSU 15 or 20, I might feel differently. The three interceptions were on two seven play drives and a four play drive, that had gone 19 years, 20 yards and 1 yards, respectively.
