Why does Michigan football basically stay away from recruiting guys there now? Michigan greats recently and historically have come from Ohio and we barely even put out offers there now. Can Michigan ever be really, really good again without getting guys from there? Also, even if OSU gets the 5 best guys every year, doesn't it also help to put a little pressure on them and make OSU recruit those 5 guys until the finish?
