JH is the headcoach and obviously has the Lion's share...however, I think (and I might be Captain Obvious here) Don Brown shares alot of this.
His success, especially in 2016/2017, is tough to argue with but then we have seen his stubbornness to adapt when he doesn't have the personnel to pull of his system.
It's pretty obvious to me, he and Matty didn't see eye to eye, punk move by Matty but DLine hasn't been the same since, what a mess.
Player's tweets re: meritocracy, etc. If memory serves it has been primarily defensive players grousing. I know it's twitter and a disgruntled player but there might be a grain here or there with something to it.
I also found his comment about criticism odd. When the defense plays like crap he doesn't expect criticism?
And he's not an ace recruiter to say the least...
