...is the offensive coaching issues. There's clearly a big problem and what I don't know is whether or not it's because this staff doesn't trust the younger players to handle certain things in the offense or if it really is too many cooks in the kitchen or maybe it's even both at the same time. I have to believe that a lack of upperclassmen on the OL and at the WR position is a huge factor, but even so this coaching staff doesn't appear to be putting the young guys in the best positions to succeed and it's difficult to understand why that is. It's too late to salvage that problem now for a B1G title, but it needs to be dealt with at some point for sure.
