I noticed that Nick Saban hired two new coaches to his staff. He seems to do that every year.
Yet their production does not decline.

I think that the coaching changes that Harbaugh is making will yield immediate positive results.

The Novelty Effect:
Studies have found that when something new or novel, even a small change is introduced into the work environment productivity improves.
New coaches come in with something to prove.
Their energy, passion and attention to detail is very high
The players are hearing new voices, new approaches and new ideas.
They pay attention more because it is new.
Energy and attention to detail in practices is higher.

Energy and execution improves.

"The new coach effect"
I think this is real (except if the coach is Rich Rod)
