Watched the rediculous basketball game masquerading as Pro Football between the Chiefs and Rams on MNF last night. It was the first NFL game I've watched all year after basically losing interest in that league do to rule changes mostly.
What the bleep was that?! That is their idea of a good product? That was awful. No running game. No defense outside pass rushing. No real drama because the game was entirely dependent on who gets the ball last or doesn't make a mistake on Offense. You may as well tie the defenses hands behind thier backs while your at it.
The NFL has ruined football. They have taken the ultimate team sport and reduced it to pass blocking vs pass rushing, and QB play mixed in as the wild card.
I'm out on this league until they change the rules back to being a more balanced game. That was hard to watch. If I wanted to see all scoring and no D I would have watched an NBA game. Terrible.
