What a freakin season for the Michigan Wolverines and it all started last year at this time with the hiring of Jim Harbaugh. He will build Michigan into a powerhouse and make them better than they ever have been under Bo, Mo, and Carr. The dark years (RR and Hoke) are officially over blue fans. Look at this list of accomplishments in ONE year.

1. Bringing in Ruddock who was an average to below average QB from Iowa- Passes for over 3000 yards and Bowl game MVP. Now an NFL draft pick guided by Harbaugh himself. Hey high school QB's, Do you want to come play for Harbaugh now?

2. 10 WINS from a 5-7 team using Hoke's recruits 100% proof that Hoke was way in over his head and should have never had been hired in the first place.

3. Bringing in what may be the #1 recruiting class in the nation for 2016.

4. Pride in playing at Michigan and wearing the Michigan uniform.

5. Crushing a 10 win SEC team in the Citrus Bowl 41-7. These same players were watching the bowl games last year.Say what you want but Florida is Florida and they are loaded with athletes and played Bama very tough this year.
6. Harbaugh patched this team together and did what he could to win each and every week.

7. The ONLY blemish this year was the blowout loss to OSU who is probably the best team in the nation this year who blew it.

Michigan will be tough to deal with next year and will win 10 or more games again. O'Korn ran the scout team this year and knows the offense. The coaches love him so the offense will be awesome. The defense under Don Brown will also be excellent next year.

I'm in the minority here, but I think this is it for Harbaugh. I believe he actually wants to stay and end his career here.

I don't know if Harbaugh stays until he retires as the NFL certainly has a pull for him. But I don't think he leaves for at least 5 years or until he has accomplished a National Championship Game or very strong run. Regardless, if he leaves he will do so with the Wolverines in a very good situation.

There's no indication that he's considering this a short-term stop. He's building a program he's dreamt of leading all his life, his young family is establishing roots, his parents are building a house next to his, he's adored by all things Wolverine, he's a perfect fit and unless he implodes as a person or coach he can stay as long as he wants...I am not worried one bit he will be moving until I start to get indications otherwise.
