the media has this wrong (Alabama v. FSU)

The media keeps saying this was the highest ranked matchup on opening day, ever. Correct me if I'm wrong, but 1989 (my Freshman year) our first game was No. 1 NDU visiting No.2 Michigan, at the Big House. That was my first college football experience and it was amazing (even if the outcome was bad).
