The MD fiasco becomes even worse: Pro-Durkin players beat back-up punter.

Word got out that the player was a whistleblower who had spoken with investigators about Durkin. So after Durkin returned, a couple of players grabbed him and allowed another to punch him repeatedly in the face. He wound up with numerous stitches on his forehead and a dislocated shoulder.

MD has moved on from negligent homicide to intentional aggravated battery. I guess that's an improvement? I wonder how long this investigation will take.
