Sports are fun and because we all played them in some form, we have experience and knowledge. Reading forums like The Fort and other forums across the country demonstrates this. Baseball, if we played T-Ball, we are now legitimate Major League Baseball managerial candidates. If we played touch football in the street in front of your house, what else is there to know about football. Basketball- if we won a game of HORSE at the driveway basket---even if we had to misspell HORSE a few times to get enough attempts to win, how come I am not getting interviews to coach a Division One College team? Hockey, if I can take to strides backwards on skates, I do not understand why NHL general managers never drafted me. Track and field, hey, when I was five years old I could run and jump, even now, that makes me a world class or Olympic performer. Thank you, The Fort, for allowing me to be what ever my fantasy wishes to be.
