And it begins with the excuses. Every year Izz’s guys deal with more injuries, more minutes and more “weird” lineups. It must be exhausting coming up with reasons they might not perform well in the future. I’d link Solari’s article but that would just make others feel as dumb as I just did for reading it. The Izz might be my least favorite college coach with his antics.
M has three guys averaging over 30 minutes and Iggy at 28 and I haven’t heard a complaint about them getting exhausted. Of course we want to get the freshman involved but these are 20 year olds playing 8 games in a month. And they are exhausted? So thankful for our coach.
