Just watched a TCU player completely light up a defenseless player that was wrapped up. Blow straight to the "upper head area" (whatever that means). No penalty. No review. Nothing. The NCAA is a total joke. I know I know and the sky is blue. But seriously how can something seemingly so simple be interpreted so inconsistently?
